Pace of 311 Is Picking Up!

I don’t quite know who to credit for the quickening pace of infrastructure repairs: Is it our new Mayor, her Director of Public Works, an executive at Sewerage & Water Board, someone driving a bucket truck… or all of the above?

Repairs are happening faster!

Resolution time is drastically shorter

Whoever is responsible, thank you! For swiftly plugging that pesky meter in the 4100 block of Vincennes, and repaving the worksite (left) within days.

For stemming the year-long flow of water from that hydrant (below) at the corner of Panama and Pritchard.

Happening for every type of complaint

For towing that abandoned vehicle from Fontainebleau within 24 hours of my report.

For restoring those dark streetlights along State Street Drive in the very same week.

For smoothing that difficult-to-navigate utility cut with asphalt (left), allowing traffic to flow again.

THANK YOU!
